Hasil penelitian ini didasarkan pada penelitian terhadap 3.000 responden yang menunjukkan bahwa orang yang tidur di sebelah kiri umumnya lebih ceria, berpikiran positif dan mampu mengatasi beban pekerjaan dan stres setiap hari.

"Secara jelas penelitian ini menunjukkan pola antara sisi tempat tidur dan suasana hati ketika terbangun. Jadi benar, jika ada pepatah mengatakan bahwa bangun dari posisi tempat tidur yang salah," ujar Claire Haigh, juru bicara Premier Inn.

Lebih dari seperempat responden yang tidur di sebelah kiri di kasur memiliki pemikirian positif mengenai kehidupannya secara umum, dibandingkan hanya 18 persen responden yang tidur di sebelah kanan kasur yang merasakan hal serupa.

6.      Jika kamu merayakan tahun baru dan kamu tidak mengundangnya ke pesta yang kamu adakan, setidak-tidaknya dia akan menelefon untuk mengucapkan selamat atau mengirim SMS/YM/BBM.

12.   Orang yang mencintai kamu akan memberikan suatu barang miliknya yang mungkin buat kamu itu sesuatu yang biasa, tetapi baginya barang itu sangat istimewa.

13.   Orang yang mencintai kamu akan terdiam sesaat, ketika sedang bercakap di telefon dengan kamu, sehingga kamu menjadi bingung. Sebenarnya saat itu dia merasa sangat gugup karena kamu telah menggetarkan dunianya.

19.   Kalau kamu melihat handphone-nya maka nama kamu akan menghiasi sebagian besar INBOX-nya. Dia masih menyimpan SMS-SMS dari kamu walaupun ia kamu kirim berbulan-bulan atau bertahun-tahun yang lalu.

20.   Dan jika kamu coba menjauhkan diri darinya atau memberi reaksi menolaknya, dia akan menyadarinya dan menghilang dari kehidupan kamu, walaupun hal itu membunuh hatinya.

21.   Jika suatu saat kamu merindukannya dan ingin memberinya kesempatan dia akan ada menunggu kamu karena sebenarnya dia tak pernah mencari orang lain. Dia sentiasa menunggu kamu.

22.   Orang yang begitu mencintaimu, tidak pernah memaksa kamu memberinya sebab dan alasan, walaupun hatinya meronta ingin mengetahui, karena dia tidak mau kamu terbebani karenanya. saat kau pinta dia pergi, dia pergi tanpa menyalahkan kamu, karena dia benar-benar mengerti apa itu cinta.
